My Story
After more than a decade in Human Resources and as a certified trainer, I wanted to support people in an area that truly matters, a wish that has stayed with me since my sociology studies. My work is grounded in the differentiation-based approach, complemented by elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) where they fit the dynamics of the couple.
